MAbPAc columns are specifically designed for the analysis of monoclonal antibody variants. Columns for ion-exchange, hydrophobic interaction, size exclusion and affinity chromatography are available. All MAbPac columns are manufactured and tested under the strictest specifications, resulting in excellent column-to-column and lot-to-lot reproducibility.

  •  MAbPac SCX-10 is a strong cation-exchange column designed specifically for the high resolution, high efficiency analysis of monoclonal antibodies and associated variants. The high resolving power of the unique non-porous pellicular resin permits the separation of MAb variants that differ by as little as one charged residue. Hydrophobic interactions with the resin are eliminated for very efficient peaks.
  • MAbPac SCX-10 RS columns (5um) are packed in bioinert, PEEK-lined, stainless steel hardware suitable for operation up to 7,000 psi. These columns are higher efficiency and therefore provide higher resolution separations.

  • MAbPac SEC-1 (300A, 5um silica) is a size exclusion column specifically designed for separation and characterisation of monoclonal antibodies and their aggregates, as well as the analysis of Fab and Fc fragments resulting from proteolysis. The column hardware is bioinert PEEK and is compatible with different eluent conditions containing both low and high concentrations of salt, and mass spectrometry friendly volatile eluents.

  • MAbPac Protein A is an affinity column designed to provide fast, accurate determination of monoclonal antibody concentration in samples such as harvest cell cultures. It shows linearity over a wide concentration range without carryover. MAbPac Protein A is based on a novel non-porous polymeric resin consisting of a hydrophobic divinylbenzene core and a hydrophilic surface. The recombinant Protein A ligands are covalently attached to the hydrophilic resin surface. The column is available as a bioinert 35 x 4mm PEEK column.
