DNAPac

 

DNAPac PA100 and PA200 are strong anion-exchange columns designed to provide high resolution analysis and purification of synthetic oligonucleotides. These anion-exchange phases are based on a pellicular non-porous polymeric resin to which quaternary amine-functionalised microbeads are bound. The rapid mass transport characteristics of the resins result in high resolution oligonucleotide separations.

DNAPac PA100

provides single-base resolution. It is stable under denaturing conditions and can be readily scaled up. It is ideally suited for the purification and analysis of synthetic RNA. Failure sequences are easily separated from the full-length product. Double-stranded DNA, such as plasmids, or restriction fragments are also separated.

 

DNAPac PA200 HPLC and DNAPac PA200 RS (Rapid Separation)

UHPLC columns are designed for high resolution separations of ssDNA and RNA. The DNAPac PA200 RS is smaller, with 4um diameter resin for bio-UHPLC separations. DNAPac PA200 and DNAPac PA200 RS columns support resolution of normal length oligonucleotides (8- to 30-mer), extended length oligonucleotides (30- to 70-mer), linear double-stranded DNA and supercoiled versus linear DNA.
