Accucore HPLC columns packed with 150A pore diameter particles allow biomolecule separations to benefit from the high resolution and high speed enabled by the Core Enhanced Technology that all Accucore columns are based on. The 150A pore diameter

solid core particles used in the Accucore 150-C18, 150-C4 and 150-Amide-HILIC columns are designed specifically to provide the optimum combination of retention and resolution for biomolecules.

These 150A pore size Accucore columns are available in analytical, microbore and nano formats (nanoViper) and demonstrate high peak capacity and excellent loading capacity. Accucore nanoViper columns are available in 150 and 500mm lengths and 75um i.d.

Accucore 150-C18

is designed for the separation of peptides and shows higher peak capacity than a column packed with <2um wide pore fully porous C18.

Accucore 150-C4

is ideal for the retention of proteins and larger peptides. It provides greater efficiency and resolution than a column packed with wide pore fully porous C4, thus offering better sensitivity. Accucore 150-C4 also performs better than a column packed with <2um wide pore fully porous C4 and generates only a fraction of the back pressure.

Accucore 150-Amide-HILIC

shows high retention for a broad range of hydrophilic analytes in HILIC mode, including carbohydrates and peptides. It is particularly recommended for hydrophilic biomolecules such as glycans.
