Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1

has a surface consisting of a hydrophobic alkyl chain with a tertiary amine group at the terminus. The hydrophobic moiety provides reversed-phase retention and the terminal amino group facilitates electrostatic interactions. This phase shows good selectivity for anionic compounds and can be adjusted by changing ionic strength, pH or organic solvent content.

Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1

is a novel silica-based column, manufactured by bonding a specially designed proprietary ligand with both hydrophobic and weak cation exchange properties. It can separate compounds using multiple separation modes: reversed-phase, cation-exchange and HILIC and is ideal for the separation of basic compounds.

Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1

combines both reversed-phase and HILIC properties. The phase consists of a hydrophobic alkyl chain with a diol group at the terminus, which enables a broader application range compared to conventional diol-based columns. Suitable applications include non-ionic ethoxylated surfactants, drug metabolites, lipids, polyethylene glycols, ethoxylated surfactants and more.

Acclaim Trinity P1 and Trinity P2

are both trimodal phases consisting of high purity porous 3um silica particles coated with charged nanopolymer beads. Both phases are ideal for separating pharmaceutical counterions, including monovalent and divalent cations and anions. The inner-pore area of Acclaim Trinity P1 is modified with an organic layer that provides both reversed-phase and anion-exchange properties, with an outer-pore surface modified with cation-exchange functionality. For Acclaim Trinity P2 the inner-pore area of the silica bead is modified with a covalently bonded organic layer that provides cation-exchange retention, while the outer surface is modified with anion-exchange nano-polymer beads.

Acclaim Trinity Q1

columns are unique silica-based columns designed for the separation of the herbicides paraquat and diquat., monitored in drinking water, wastewater and agricultural products. Acclaim Trinity Q1 is a trimodal phase with WCX, WAX and RP multiple separation modes
